Horizon's Day Program includes independent living skills such as money management, continuing education, health management, recreation and social skills.  It may also include activities to enhance fine or gross motor abilities, exercise to enhance overall health, and strategies to improve coping skills.  These services are currently available in Moffat and Routt Counties.
